- Westbay Mall is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Individual store hours may vary; please check with specific outlets for their schedules.
2. Parking
- We offer over 120 spacious parking spots, including secure basement parking.
- Parking is managed internally by Westbay Mall.
- Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk; we are not liable for any loss or damage.
3. Security and conduct
- Our premises are monitored 24/7 with CCTV and security personnel.
- Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.
- Alcohol consumption is restricted to authorized zones; proof of age may be required.
- Pets are welcome but must be leashed; owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
- Hawking, soliciting, or unauthorized business activities are not allowed.
4. Facility usage
- Common areas should be used respectfully; avoid obstructing pathways or causing disturbances.
- Unauthorized events, demonstrations, or gatherings are prohibited without prior approval.
5. Tenant responsibilities
- Tenants must comply with their lease agreements and maintain their premises in good condition.
- Any modifications to leased spaces require prior written consent from mall management.
6. Limitation of liability
- Westbay Mall is not responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or losses incurred on our premises, except as required by law.
7. Amendments
- We may update these terms periodically.
- Changes will be posted on our official website and at main entrances.
